"Le Gauche Papillion" means "The Clumsy Butterfly". The name came about from a group of left over letters from a wall art project. French is my favorite language and even though I am not fluent. The studio has been moved twice and it takes on a new life each time. My weekends are spent in thrift and antique stores. Our entire house was created from secondhand items that have been repurposed. I am never afraid of something a that has wear and tear. To me it all salvagable!

Catching up on the Scrapbooking...

Pictures of my great aunt and uncle in the 40's Mississippi. I copied the back of the pictures where my grandmother and family wrote things and incorporated it into the scrapbooking. This is my Mother and my Grandmother. You have to love my mom's 60's cat eye glasses.
These pictures were taken in panama during WWII by my grandfather while he was in the army.

My mom at 14 in fashion show...

I still have so much to do...
